Refund policy

1.1. Custom Product Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or there is an error in the customization or sneaker size from our end. Each item is made to order. We ensure there is no scope for any errors in your custom product. 

1.2. Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective or incorrect order, please contact us within 1 business days of receiving your order. Provide detailed information and photographs of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the problem. If a return is authorized, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

1.3. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for defective products, sizing errors from our end. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 8-10 business days.

1.4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
