1.3 Customisation Agreement
When purchasing a customized product from Shoes Your Daddy, you agree to the following conditions:

Personal Use: The customizations are intended for personal use only.
No Resale: You agree not to resell or use the customized products for commercial purposes.
Design Approval: For custom orders, we may provide a design mockup for your approval. Once you approve the design, no further changes can be made.
Production Time: The production timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the design. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the order process.
Legal Responsibility: You acknowledge that Shoes Your Daddy is not liable for any legal actions taken by third-party copyright holders due to the customisation. You make your purchase and use these products at your own risk.

1.4 Intellectual Property and Trademark Disclaimer

Non-Affiliation: Shoes Your Daddy operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any brands, including but not limited to Nike, Inc., Adidas AG, or any other trademarked entities featured on our custom products. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.
Ownership of Content: The custom artwork created by Shoes Your Daddy is original and intended to add artistic value. We do not claim ownership of any third-party logos, characters, or designs that may appear in our customizations. The intellectual property rights of any third-party content remain with their respective owners.

1.5 Fair Use Policy

Transformative Work: Our customizations are intended as transformative works under fair use principles. We aim to add creativity and personal expression to original designs. These customizations are not meant to infringe on the rights of original copyright holders.
Personal Use Only: By purchasing our products, you agree that the customizations are for personal use only. The resale or commercial use of these products without the explicit permission of the copyright holders is prohibited.

1.6 Non-Affiliation with Intellectual Property Owners
Shoes Your Daddy respects the intellectual property rights of all third parties. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the brands or entities whose logos, characters, or designs appear in our custom products. Our custom items are not to be confused with official merchandise.

1.7 Request for Removal Policy

We take intellectual property rights seriously and will address the matter promptly by either removing the content or making the necessary changes.

Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of order placement. We accept both domestic and international payments through RazorPay and PayPal.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any errors are found.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 8-10 business days.
